I am a Senior Database Administrator/ Developer with real time experience in Database administration and PL/SQL. Currently I am working for DATEC(PNG) LTD, Papua New Guinea. I have nine plus years of real time experience in Database administration and Software development.

1. I can take responsibility of the things that I do or I advise not of what others do and what they advise.
2. Any modification in the live system should be done after the full testing.
3. It's is standard practice to run the live system without making changes and following the standard practices.
4. I will do the work on this, discuss on this topic with my technical team and get back to you.
5. Any new features addition should be charged.
6. Do you have the valid technical documents from the vendor that supports the features.
7. I cannot take the risk of any modification that you make.
8. Do not make any of the changes in the live system without testing.
9. Do not make the lots of modification in the live system in a single shot. Do one at a time.
10. It doesn't fall on the scope of work but I am doing it for now.
11. It is not included in the Scope of Work. We can make this work a new projects and work on it.
12. Annual Maintenance Contract don't include any upgrade or features addition. It includes running the system in the way it is running and fixing the error in case of emergency.
